College Rules & Regulations

Students must abide by the College Rules & Regulations. Breach of the rules shall render them liable to disciplinary action such as fines, striking off from the College rolls, rustication or expulsion from the College.

  • Every student of the College is required to be punctual for classes. Any student remaining absent from classes without proper permission for a continuous period of 06 days, excluding holidays, will automatically be struck off from the College rolls unless the cause of absence is explained to the satisfaction of the Principal. In that case, the student may be readmitted within 15 days (after his name is dropped from the College rolls) on payment of the readmission fees.
  • No student is allowed to leave class without the permission of his /her teacher or until the class is over.
  • Late-comes to class may be marked absent.
  • No student is allowed to prepare, paste, exhibit, or distribute any poster, leaflet, notice, pamphlet or handbill in the College premises without prior permission from the Principal.
  • Any student aggrieved by any happening in the College shall lodge a complaint with the Section Head / Vice Principal and not any outside authority unless the Principal permits him / her to do so.
  • Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the College premises.
  • Smoking in the College premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Any student misbehaving in the classroom / College will be reported by the teacher at once to the Section Head / Vice Principal who will take such action as she / he may deem proper. The teacher can recommend a penalty as well.
  • Any political or immoral activity is strictly prohibited in or around the College premises.
  • Private telephone calls for students will not be entertained. However, an emergency message can be conveyed.
  • Students must keep their College Identity Card with them during their stay in the College premises and at its functions in or outside the College premises.
  • Students are required to wear the prescribed uniform while attending the College.
  • The College authorities reserve the right to revise any class schedule or to rearrange classes.
  • The College will not be responsible for loss of any mail / valuables sent to a student at the       college address.
  • Students are to ensure safety of their belongings.  The College is not responsible for any loss / damage regarding the students’ belongings.
  • Student, while parking their bikes / cars, are required to put a proper lock on them. The College administration will not be responsible for any loss on this account, whatsoever.
  • Any false information on the Application Form may render the student liable to expulsion from the College.
  • Students must always show respect to the teachers, faculty members, members of school administration and management.
  • Female students must not wear heels, jewellery,  bangles, nail polish, earrings, fancy accessories and other ornaments within the college premises
  • Male students must not wear cap, hat unauthorized belt bandana, boots and other fancy accessories within the college premises
  • The College, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to withhold Examination Entry Forms of the Board or release of the Examination Roll Number Slip due to any of the following:
    • Poor Attendance
    • Non-payment of College Dues
    • Poor overall Academic Record
    • Failure in the College Examinations
    • Violation of the Disciplinary Rules
    • Scholarships are awarded on merit to students securing position in SSC & HSSC exams
    • The College reserves right to make, amend and introduce any rules as and when deemed appropriate.
